DIVERSITY EQUITY & INCLUSION
Inter Atlanta supports and embraces a culture of inclusion within our club. Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee works with the club leadership and staff by implementing programs that support all IAFC programs (Rec, Academy, Select, ADP) and age groups (U4-U19).
The goal of the committee is to ensure that all members of Inter Atlanta, regardless of gender, race, religion, culture, and sexual orientation, feel safe and welcome at our club.

Diversity Equity & Inclusion is an important mission for our club. We exist to:
- Create an inclusive community for our players and our families
- Create an equitable and inclusive workplace for our staff members and coaches
- Ensure the provision of equitable and inclusive community surrounding IAFC
- Recognize and support diversity within our club, neighborhood and community
- Fulfill any leagues’ DE&I obligations
